RANGE

These terms and conditions apply to the sale of Alkohol.is products and services to customers.

AGE LIMITATION

Buyers must be 20 years or older to purchase products on Alkohol.is.

Customers log in to the online store using an email address and password. When creating access to alkohol.is, customers must confirm their age using an electronic ID. After that, the customer must verify their age every 30 days. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the access ID does not fall into the hands of people under 20 years of age.

DELIVERY

All products offered by Alkohol.is in its online shop are in stock in Iceland and are delivered from the warehouse the same day or at the latest the next business day. More information about delivery methods can be found by clicking here. Shipping costs are added to the product price at the end of the purchase process and before payment. If the product is unavailable at the time of order due to incorrect registration in the warehouse, we will contact the customer and offer an alternative product or a refund.

RETURN RIGHTS

Due to the nature of the products sold by Alkohol.is, returns of products are not possible, except for special agreements in the case of large purchases for events and similar occasions.

PRICES AND PRICE CHANGES

All prices are in Icelandic krona including VAT at 11% or 24%.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Alkohol.is treats all customer information as confidential. Alkohol.is does not store payment card information because transactions take place on the Valitor website.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay with all major credit cards.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute arising from these terms and conditions, the dispute will be resolved by the District Court of Reykjavík.
